You aren't the only one. I just downloaded Libby this week, too. Somehow I got logged out of SimplyE, the app I use to access the NYPL catalog, and I can't seem to get back in. My local library uses Libby and I really, really needed some new, escapist YA romantasy for before bed, and I wanted to listen to the audiobook of Lev Grossman's Magicians when I drive down to NYC this weekend (my housemate and I have been rewatching the series on Netflix and IT IS SO GREAT.).

The book I started was Forging Silver into Stars by Brigid Kemmerer and it's quick and fascinating. And it's queer. Woot!

Ooooh *takes note of that book*

And Meg has been wanting to revisit The Magicians TV adaptation, so this is also a reminder for that!

My bestie astrologer friend and I attended a webinar on Electitonal Astrology led by Mary Shea. Then we had a wonderful time practicing this techique - new to my friend and me.

So that 3H reading sounds super interesting. I’m currently struggling with my Pluto that’s there, opposite my Aries moon. This ♎️ ♈️ axis has been a doozy to navigate 😩 esp as my nodes are there too 🫠

Whooooo LIBBY!!! My love!!! I have MORTAL FOLLIES and THE BOOK EATERS on my TBR there, always good to hear someone I know enjoyed books I'm curious about. I've been on a horror kick lately, so maybe I'll move THE BOOK EATERS up on the list :D

See, I'm not a horror person AT ALL but the premise was so compelling that I was like, sure why not. And I'm really enjoying it!

LOVE Libby on my tablet! I am still a library kid & being able to check out e-books 24/7/365 is so awesome. Haven't tried it for periodicals but I love that they are available.
