Thank you so much for this. Now I can dig up my morning pages from September 14th, 2023, which I am pretty sure were the pages where I planted the seeds of a big project I am on the verge of completing right now, and get to work in a much more focused way.
It helps to hear that this might be a good time to try putting "the unsayable, the unknowable, into words", as I'm currently working on an essay about figuring out how to grieve amid all the transphobia and other shit happening right now. And maybe this isn't quite what you meant by prompting us to consider what we were up to last September, but while I can't remember the exact projects I was working on, II *do* know the mindset I was approaching my work and my writing with, and I'm really proud of how much I've grown since then. I'm shaming myself so much less for needing to rest, for my disability impacting how much work I can do, for being forced to push back deadlines and take days (or weeks, or months) off. (Though maybe THAT is the thing I was planting the seeds for then that has come to fruition, rather than any writing plans?)

I feel compelled to point out that Virgo/Pisces is often called the axis of healing. So many stories around rest and illness and what our bodies need come to fruition around these times. And our creative journeys aren't just about output - they're about what our bodies need to *support* us, too!
Always always appreciate the reminder to glance back to the last new moon in the same sign (with dates haha)! Reflecting back in time has always been powerful for me... when I remember what I was doing. I'll have to check my journal for last September! <3
gasped at “dislodging the stuck story from the body.” i have been trying to write for days now, even set aside all afternoon yesterday, because i needed to create but i could not for the life of me focus. this has so beautifully put what i’ve been feeling into words and understanding. thank you for this!
