astrology for writers is an exclusively reader-supported publication. if you enjoy getting this newsletter in your inbox, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. The Total Solar Eclipse will be exact at 19* of Aries on Monday, April 8th at 2:20pm Eastern.
My natal Chiron is in Aries, and it has been very active these past couple of months, as I've been (ahem) "invited" to adjust my life according to my mini cohort of health challenges. This eclipse seems to be a crescendo point, and I will be able to see the way forward from here, with any luck.
And in classic Mercury Retrograde fashion, my blood family is reaching out for connection, something that happens now and then when the "radio silence" goes too long. The lines of communication aren't active because I am a Witch and they...aren't.
I hear you Jenna. I've spoken to friends who struggle with pursuing what they want to do write, paint, see clients;-yet life requires that we take care of the business of putting food on the table, paying bills, etc. So each of us prioritizes what we love to do and then find ways to maintain that connection while still getting on with life. It is the love of who we are and what is most important to us that keeps us going forward in spite of the requirements of daily life.
Itās no coincidence that I was bemoaning the fact that my life is so noisy during this particular eclipse seasonāand simultaneously complaining that I had to do life in the California rain. Iām a native New Yorkerā¦I should KNOW better. Just commenting here to join the chorus: your writing is a balm and a wonder. Astrology and writingā¦an exquisite intersection. I became an astrologer to make sense of potentials (as I assume did you). To be forewarned is to be forearmed, yes? I wish you peace in the world wind.
Iām a deep fan of vulnerability
Thank you for sharing your insights and connections here
